Wow, yeah, just ignore her. Honestly, she probably more is telling you horror stories she found online as opposed to what she really saw first-hand. When I was pregnant with my first, lots of people felt the need to tell me all of the things they've heard go wrong with childbirth. I'm not sure why people like doing that.
Everything @labrodite said is accurate - our bodies are all just different, and how quickly we use up Remicade is going to be no different than how quickly tylenol works for us or wears off (or pain meds, for that matter). We're all just different, and it's a bit of trial and error to figure out what works best for our particular bodies.
If you see that lady again and she starts in again, just politely but firmly tell her that you aren't interested in hearing them, and if she keeps talking about it, ask the infusion nurse if you can be moved. Or if that's difficult, just bring big headphones and put them over your ears and pretend to be listening to something! ;)
