I'm just copy paste my previous post (topic Burning/itching from sun exposure) in case your rash might be related with sun sensitivity as now we have spring.
I was on Humira 5 years ago, I had 13 doses in total (1 per 2weeks), started in January and on July already was hospitalized in emergency due to terrible sun sensitivity (1% possibility for this side effect), it developed gradually, but finally was too strong, so I refused to take Humira anymore. Had to wear 100 spf even at home with curtains closed and could't go out at day time even 1 yr after I stopped. After 2 yrs without Humira sun sensitivity was gone, although I don't take sunbaths anyway. Humira could induce lupus or lupus-like syndrom, luckily, mine was lupus-like. Also, Humira, possibly along with sunlight, induced me permanent IV level sensitivity to Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone which are preservatives in cosmetics, cleaners, washers etc. I know this for sure because I could use cosmetics with that stuff before. Maybe you have an allergy to some other substances, so it would be good to do tests for various chemicals and other stuff, so you could to avoid them.
So anyway Humira most likely is responsible for your rash, and I would advice you to observe if your allergy is getting worse with every shot, so take pictures of your body places of Humira's shots and of you face and chest when allergy occurs. Maybe you are lucky and will be able to rule sun sensitivity out.
Starting with some 8th Humira shot, I was given clemastinum shots just before Humira, and 2 last months dexamethasone shots after Humira. You could try those too even if Humira induces you some other type of allergy. And do believe you will get better.
