Anyone suffer with high fevers?

No. I've only experienced a high fever with infection when pertaining to Crohn's.

Frequent or persistant fevers are a sign that something's not right. Doesn't have to be Crohn's related at all. An infection of any kind will illicit fevers. Get to your Doctor, and report your symptoms. Some bloodwork at the very least is in order.

I used to, but not anymore. High fevers can indicate an abscess or an infection. In my case nothing like that was ever found and so presumably the fevers were just down to the Crohn's itself rather than any secondary cause.

I used too when I had severe flare ups in the past. My temperature would start off at 37.5 and then jump in less than 2 hrs to 39.5. Now, I only get low,fevers.
