Just frustrated with this feeling it is soooo annoying like when you hear child’s cry but for 24/7, I am on imuran for 3.5 months now even not sure if it’s my crohn’s maybe I have something else, because 6 month ago my colonoscopy showed one ulcer which doesn’t make sense to me that it’s causing all this. My doctor is telling me I should not worry and doesn’t give me a straight forward answer he is the 3rd doctor and still not satisfied with the results anyone can help?
And does this feeling called a colon cramp ?

I just don't understand at all what you're asking. First you call it tingling, then you call it a colon cramp. I have no idea if you're talking about
spasms, pain, burning, or what.

I agree with scifigal; I don't know what you mean by tingling colon either. Do you mean a bubbling sensation? If so, that would be gas moving around. Not much which can be done about
that, apart from tinkering with your diet and trying to remove or limit foods which give you gas :/

Spasms aren't remotely like tingling... I dunno. I get a lot of cramping and it is horrible, I admit. You could try an antispasmodic such as Bentyl - ask your doctor to prescribe you one.

sorry for confusing you guys :/, I am just unable to describe the feeling.
Do you mean there is no other way than medication ? like diet for example ?
Do you feel this way even if you are in remission ?

Diet might help.
Sorry to be so vague - it really is different for everybody :/ Some people don't have any symptoms in remission, but it is pretty common for people to still have IBS-like symptoms even in remission (particularly after bowel surgery). Sometimes symptoms can settle down - they're not always permanent. In the meantime, all you can really do is try to find ways of managing them. Diet is one possible way - if you think a particular food gives you worse symptoms, try cutting it out for a while.
Stuff like herbal tea (or, for me, ordinary tea) or a heating pad applied to your stomach can be soothing. Lying on your side on a hard floor can help to shift stuck gas. Eventually you will find some methods to help you deal with your symptoms, and perhaps even drastically reduce them. But for now, try not to get overly stressed, as that won't help either :/

No worries mate I just wanted some answers other than the doctors in my town, I just don’t feel that they care at all.
I always get the same answer which is your crohn’s is too mild you should be thankful. And I be like do you feel me bro I am miserable ?
I will try to cut off some food and try to find out which are the problematic ones as it is too hard to track these things.
I’m thankful to have you guys. People here are so kind and generous with their answers, I will try to speak more clearly next time.

I think there are too many doctors who don't care, that's the problem. Even if nothing can be done, it still helps to have somebody who takes you seriously and empathises with you. Telling you should be thankful because your Crohn's is mild isn't helpful - just because somebody has it worse than you doesn't mean that you aren't suffering. Telling you to be thankful is just another way of not listening to you properly.
I was gonna suggest looking for a doctor beyond your town, but maybe best to leave it for a while. Your medical notes will travel with you, and it's better to avoid a reputation for 'doctor-shopping'. If in the future symptoms get worse and your local doctors are still useless, that will be the time to consider going further afield. But for now, there's not much even a really experienced and competent doctor could do, to be honest.
Good luck with the diet experimentation. Perhaps to make it simpler you could try a gluten-free diet for a few weeks, then, if that doesn't help, a dairy-free diet for a few weeks, etc. Best not to cut out multiple food groups at a time, unless you're desperate.

Raffi, consider keeping a food diary to see if any one thing seems to set this off. It may sound boring but at least you can track your food intake better.
Take care.

Hello again, I just want to point out something I noticed lately, that my cramps are usually happening 95% of the time while I'm sitting and rested is there anything I can understand from this situation or that's just normal. I'm really desperate to stop it 😌
