Ok I need to know which type of specialist doctor diagnoses and treats hypoxia and related issues.
Your help is appreciated.

I say a pulmonary specialist, hypoxia is a result of not getting enough oxygen. Have you been dx'd with this?

A, you can buy a pulse oximeter at any drug store which will measure your oxygen level. What type of symptoms are you having?

I have fatigue.I have breathless feeling.Cant do much physically intensive work without getting tired ,Etc.Yes these can be other disease's symptoms too.But I have a hunch it's something related with hypoxia.

It could be anemia. Have you had lab tests done?

If you have a primary care doctor that's where you should start.
