Hello
I’m on Remicade and Imuran so likely able to eat a bit more. I’m basically avoiding insoluble fibre or hard to digest stuff. I also have a fistula so avoid things like broccolli or anything with tiny bits. Might be just me being stupid but I worry about something getting stuck along the setons.
I eat a lot of cooked carrots, tinned ved where fibre is below 3g/100g so that’s green beans, aetichokes, etc. Cooked swede.
Any veg that cooks soft and has either no skin or you removed it,i.e. courgettes, bell peppers, aubergine and so on. Onions cooked to nothing.
Cucumber no skin and deseeded, frozen, cooked spinach.
Have a look at the LOFLEX diet to eliminate any trigger foods.
I can’t tell you how much I miss raw fruit and veg. I have a toddler who’s an absolute fruit monster and I cry inside every time she has berries. Which is at least twice a day hehe.
