I saw my doc yesterday and apparently the knots are migrating back into the wound and it's hurting right at that location. Blood too. It's happening too frequently, tbh. I actually talked to my doc about rather than using knots, using a flexible, medical resin to seal the setons or possibly using like those heat-shrinked electrical wraps that are also flexible and would also hold them together. She was like hmmm... I told her she could have the idea and that it is ridiculous that they use knots which can irritate. I get it, doctors are not engineers and ass doctors also probably haven't had knots between their cheeks, but it's absurd that that is how they hold these things together.
