It sounds like you would need further testing to figure out what's going on. What's your GI's plan? Could you have some other type of motility disorder or IBS? It can get frustrating trying to figure out what's going on, but when it's impacting you on a daily basis, you need to get to the bottom of it.
Have you seen multiple GIs? What did the pathology from the scopes show? Nothing? Can you get copies of the results to read through? Scopes are pretty conclusive, but it means that at the moment they found nothing. It doesn't mean they can't ever, but considering you have symptoms NOW and they found nothing, that's a strong argument indicating that there is nothing visible.
Have you had stool tests? There is also a test that can check for the presence of inflammation in the stool, calprotectin. Considering your scope results, that should come back normal as well, but it would be another item to check off the list, and might give you clues about whether it's IBS.
It is possible to miss something in a scope, but you had 2 scopes, both times while having symptoms, and found nothing in either. That is strong evidence that there's nothing to see. Have you tried imodium or an antispasmodic?
Scopes were around 9 months for the first endo and then 6 months ago for another endo and a colonoscopy. So 3 scopes total and they also did a barium test 6 months ago and found no obstruction.Only been to 1 GI and no stool test.I have tried Bentyl but my general doctor removed it as he didn't know why the specialist gave it to me to begin with. All I know is my stomach is not the same as it was a year ago. I get mucus in my stool now for example. My understanding is that IBS isn't really a disease and it's more of a catchall term for people that experience digestive discomfort but the doctor has no idea what is wrong with them.
