CT SCAN TEST AFTER COLONOSCOPY

Hi GUys,

I would like to seek for your advice..i was diagnosed of MILD CHRONS DISEASE of my doctor recently with the used of colonoscopy and biopsy. now he told me that i need to take imuran. so now he want to add another test which is CT SCAN just to check the wall thickening of the major ulcer of my illeum. i was thinking after being diagnosed why he want again to make ct scan as i already made the best procedure of my result. he is also told me that i have mild chrohns because my symptoms is not same as severe than other people. he asked me if i have abdominal pain,i told him not all time then tolerable, do you have diarahea orconstipated , told him 1-2 bm a day. regular. my BM started become soft when taking a lot of medicines.EZOMEPRAZOLE, DemperidonE for stomach acid. cipro and metronidazole antibiotic,budenstalk and imuran for chrohns..daflon for hems but still 1-2 a day BM.

my body feels fatigue already for all the medicine given to me..

i would like also to ask if its ok to take women vitamins even taking all those medicine? the doctor told me take all vitamins noproblem

i dont have any health insurance here.i would suggest if cant do that test now or is it urgent to make the procedure as i am still paying the colonoscopy which i paid by my own..

please give me an advice if its possible not to go for ct scan

Just to check the wall thickening is not very useful. If he wants to rule out fistulas, that would make sense. It is a very expensive procedure especially with the latest tech improvement.
