I am back with a huge problem with incredible pain and sore skin on the scars from my Fistulotomy which I had over two years ago.
I get a deep bruised feeling from within the buttock and the skin feels like extreme sunburn.
When I press or massage the area it does not feel like a abscess but worried one could be developing.
Has anyone any thought on what could be happening, I have been getting stressed and worried and feel that be making it worse.
Doctor keeps sayiing not sure what to do.

Doctor thinks now that it may be an irritant dermatitis from using a different laundry detergent.
It is possible because the sore patch is on the surgery scar and I guess it's all new skin down there but I would have hoped that it would have settled after two years.
I am at my wits end with try to cope with the soreness, nothing seems to settle it down.

I would not be worried, especially if your CRS is not.
why don't you ask for an MRI or a 3d ultrasonography just to be 100% certain.
