Second Colonscopy in 2 month

Hi everyone i did colonscopy last month and they found in biobsy (( mild active colitis with preserved crypt architecture no granulma)). After that the doctor told me do all blood test and all come back normal. Today my GI told me we will do Colonscopy again next week and also MRI. And i did faecal calprotectin which is come normal and he told me do it again today .. im normal guy but i have Diarrhea 3 to 4 bowel movement a day.

Aziz, why is the dr wanting to do another scope so soon? That seems to be unusual to repeat one this soon. If I remember correctly he put you on Flagyl, which indicates infectious colitis. You will have inflammation from the infection. Do you have a copy of your biopsy report?

Beacuse i complain from dirrehaa . I don't know how to post pics .. but i will wright the result
Microscopic ( micro comment) :
Biobsy show colonic mousca with patchy activity in the form of crypitis, crypt abscess formation and neutrophils infiltrates in the lamina propria.the architecture of crypt is preserved. Negative granulma.

Fecal Calprotectin 30 ug/g last month
Crp 2 before 3 days
Esr 10 before 3 days

The IG told me you are normal and we wanna close this case he told me wanna repeat F Calprotectin . Or colonscopy i told him i will do all also MRI.. but the MRI will be in October mad

Aziz, did the dr say this is infectious colitis? I ask because Flagyl is a medication used to treat infectious colitis. It is not a stand alone medication used to treat either crohns disease or UC. His comment of everything being normal leads me to believe you are not dealing with an IBD.

No other doctor give flagyl not him. and my GI never say it any thing else. Just im normal..im celiac patient from 3 years.. he is thinking my problem is from Celiac. My complain is diarrhea morning and so much sound in my stomach.. in the left side.

Do you have normal stools or always diarrhea?

Only soft stool with mucus in morning 3 times
