Could this be Crohns?

Last year around this time I was diagnosed with duodenal ulcers after an endoscopy.I went back around 8 weeks later and the ulcers had healed(I was taking Protonix) .about 3 months ago my stomach finally started feeling normal again.Three days ago I have this pain in my lower breastbone very similar to the pain I felt with duodenal ulcers last year.I tested negative for H.Pylori bacteria and I do NOT take NSAIDs. My question is,if the ulcers are caused by crohn's can a PPI alone heal them? What could potentially be the cause of my duodenal ulcers? I have been biopsied twice and have had a colonoscopy,both test results came back negative for Crohns.I am at a loss here and am quite frankly pretty scared.My main symptoms are nausea,constipation,waking up sweating,and hunger pains relieved by drinking milk.

With negative scopes & biopsys, I do not think you have to worry about crohns. Only you know how bad you feel so I suggest seeing your dr again. PPI's have zero effect on crohns disease. Could have been something that you ate that did not agree with you too, lots of variables.

Thank you for the response. I have an appointment Tuesday with a Nurse Practitioner so that he/she can order another endoscopy.

Went to the NP,she told me she didn't know if it was Crohn's. I asked her if Crohn's ulcers would clear up with just a PPI.She said no. I am a bit confused as to what could be going on. My ulcers healed last year as confirmed by a second endoscopy. Could I still have Crohns? If so why did the ulcers heal if I never took any remicade. Looking forward to hearing opinions on the subject matter. Have an endoscopy scheduled for tomorrow.

What did the duodenal biopsies show the first time around?

Make sure they take biopsies again tomorrow and, once it's available, get a copy of the report.

First showed ulcers with no granulation/no crohns visibly detected in the biopsy. Second endoscopy showed that the ulcers had completely healed.There is no explanation for my ulcers.

Had an endoscopy today and no ulcers. While I am content I do not have Crohn's,it is extremely frustrating feeling sick and not knowing what is going on.
