Crohns ?!?! MRI RESULT

Hi i did Mri to my small bowel every thing is normal only in terminal ileum there is Mild concentric enhancing wall thickness 6mm, length 3 cm. Need your help guys

You need biopsies done. If they can't get a scope into your TI, then might try a Small bowel follow-thru.

Good luck! Let us know what the doctor finds. Hopefully the biopsies from the terminal ileum will help your doctor figure out what is going on with you.

Aziz, glad to hear your scopes turned out normal, what a relief!! Now the waiting on the biopsy report to come in. I hope that it comes back normal too. Please keep us posted.

thanks. After the colonscopy for 3 days i go to bathroom 2 time a day and stool shape is normal. Only some discomfort in abdominal between time to time.

Mild duodenits .
Mild gastritis .
Colon : Negative for significant pathologic abnormality.

What is mean im normal or what for the colon.

Before 3 month the result was mild active colitis.

Mild active colitis does not mean IBD it means non specific inflammation. if your scopes were clear it could be from the prep perhaps . I agree with the past comments ! If it was IBD it would show it in the scopes unless you are in full remission you don’t have Chrons go celebrate! Move on an be happy congratulations

Congratulations on your results happy everything came back normal! I was the same as you my scope was clear but biopsies showed mild inflammation But My GI said everything was normal no permanent architectural changes to the cell crypt normal mucousa no sign of IBD he told me to hold off on anymore test unless I get serious Chrons symptoms such as pain . Vomiting , weight less etc I still have symptoms too but not any of those I have stomach noises and occasionally 1x a week diarrhea an excessive gas he told me not to worry about that I believe my symptoms could be due to Irratable bowel syndrome it could be the same for you causing those symptoms as well as your gastritis . Have you considered changing your diet ? And taking probiotics?

Thanks again regarding the gastritis i have been dealing with this for 3 years. I have long story in summer 2015 they do endoscopy they found mild gastritis and duodenitis. The in January 2016 they found celiac disease. After taking nexum for 4 months a beacome normal. In my 2018 the symptoms comeback beacuse i drink alot of tea and smoking shesha 2 time a week. But from june i stopped smoking and drinking tea. Thank u all thanks for being patient with me. God bless you all

They took 2 biospies from terminal ileum and 8 from random colon and 2 from rectum the results: Negative for significant pathologic abnormality. Thats why im confused. For the celiac disease theu did endoscopy and take biopsies from duodenum and confirm it also blood test. For now i will see my doctor in sunday to see what he will say about the results.i will ask him about pillcam beacuse i think my problem is in small bowel.

Aziz are you looking for a Chrons diagnosis ? What kind of G I symptoms are you experiencing? If it is only a little cramps it could be something like IBS , Chrons tends to me much more serious then a little cramps I can’t speak for everyone But I have Hurd from countless Chrons patients that they were like me an had serious stomach pains all the time along with other symptoms like vomiting. Only you know how bad you really feel but I agree with straydog don’t let your anxiety play with your head and try to eat healthier good luck with your problem hope you feel better soon
