What does your Crohns pain feel like?

My Dr's ask me and I tell them the truth. The best way for me to describe it is a combination of geting kicked in the balls and someone shoveling a bat up my rectum.. Also the feeling of mice running through your lower stomach/Colon area. (fluttering, thumping). Its not a good way to explain it and my Dr's looked stunned on how I describe it but thats the best way to let him know how bad it is at times.. I have the constipation issue with Crohns, not Diarreah so anything I eat sits in my small bowels and need to take laxatives to flush it out or I stay in pain.. Also that awful VERY tight feeling around my waist area like a belt being tightened constantly..I dont know if its inflamation or ulcer pain at times. Still learning

Sharp stabbing pains that burn in the abdomen is how I describe it

I dont know if i have crohns or not yet but my pain is burning and sometimes sharp stabbing pain. In last month i have constipation but i go to bathroom daily but hard to pass. No direhaa.

Occasionally get excruciating, stabbing pains in the lower right quadrant, but more commonly it's just an intense soreness, or ache, in that area. Occasionally the pain shifts to the left side, but most of the time it's in the right side and quite low down - roughly where my anastomosis (surgical join) between the ileum and rectal stump is.

In the days when I would have full obstructions, it was like having slow waves of death come upon you. Not good.

Tbh though, I'm struggling more with other types of pain these days, whether it's uveitis, migraines (or sinusitis - hard to tell which is which sometimes), cystitis, or lower back pain.
