So now I have been diagnosed with non-amnestic mild cognitive impairment

So got my test results back from the Dr. she said it clearly demonstrates that i have slowed cognitive processing speed. Non-amnesties means it is not related to dementia or Alzheimer’s. She said basically all the medical issues i have had have greatly impacted me. She said think of it as sort of a PTSD type disorder, although she is not calling it that. She said to start seeing my therapist twice a month and to definitely stay on anxiety medication. SHe confirmed the severe level of anxiety but added mild depression, which is new. She said i might need more or stronger medications. Good thing is I could get better if my medical issues improve, but they may not either,. Everyone reacts differently. She is writing confirmed my need to be out of work on disability. I actually feel better about this cause now I know what is wrong with me. I thought i was losing my mind some days. Driving is the only thing she said i needed to be careful with along with making difficult decisions.....meaning take my time and ask for help
