I would continue with Stelara, as it's been so well received. I know it's been a year, but even if you're not 100%, it might be giving you worthwhile benefits.
As for being tired all the time, I would think your iron stores are the culprit. There are newer iron supplements out there now that aren't constipating. My Daughter took a vegetable iron supplement and it did in fact work pretty well. Sound like you should be adding D3 as well, a maybe even B12 shots.
