Apriso

Gmaof2, I searched in the archives & found posts many years old & found posts from members that were switched from Lialda to Apriso with good results. These posts are so old I doubt you would get any benefit from reading them. I honestly do not if there are any active members currently on Apriso.

I have seen several members post about Apriso in the UC forum, perhaps you can ask over there what sort of results they got. What meds have you been on in the past & to what extent is your disease?

Right - Apriso is an approved treatment for mild to moderate UC. It isn't approved for treatment of Crohn's at all because studies have shown it helps Crohn's at very much the same rates as a placebo pill does.

An excellent site is Drugs.com it states there what medications are prescribed for conditions. It clearly states there it's used to treat UC. You can also looked at Apriso's website, or do a simple google search for Apriso.
