Only been a short time, but I am THRILLED!!! the skin crawly feeling I had is gone! I had some issues with restlessness and hard to sleep, but testing to see if that was if I had more iced tea than usual versus the B12.
ps...found the drops at a local GNC so they were inexpensive and no delivery charge hooray.

That's awesome! I started getting the shots but it hasn't touched my fatigue. What did the creepy crawly feeling feel like?

Hi Vitaka. The feeling was like when the tip of a hair just touches your skin or tiny ants crawling. It was most annoying on my back because I kept thinking my hair was doing it. I shed a lot (unless I am very good at keeping up on my Folic acid) so I thought hairs were falling down my shirt! I always had tongue and facial hints when my B-12 was low, but the skin thing was new within the last few years. The fatigue...still there, but I am hoping that after a longer term on the vitamin drops will get that to a better state too.

That's so weird. I have that sensation too with my hair, but I really think it's my hair most of the time (I also shed a lot). I get a lot of muscle spasms/tics as well, but it's annoying because my B12 is never all that low when measured (I think it was around 450 last time).
