I'm not an expert on this, but could shed some light. It sounds like your "abnormal" result is pertaining to the ulcerations at his surgical site. This could be scarring at the anastomosis, or new inflammation, but if he isn't symptomatic, and his blood work is good, it's a good sign that you're consult over these results could be precautionary. I think the goal for most dealing with this disease, is to manage symptoms, not eliminate them all, which is unlikely. Just like some live with strictures for many years, or even mild inflammation. He may be in the same boat. The pill cam found something they deeming irregular, but he might be able to carry on just fine. Good luck, hope things work out for him.
