Change up on meds

I have been on methotrexate for 6 months now. It has helped some but it seems to wear off before the next dose is due. Like on the 5th day after injection i will begin with abdominal pain and by day 6 my joints will become inflamed and i can barely walk. Day 7 another dose and im nautious the 1st day 2nd day i have headache. 3rd and 4th days i feel great. So after having a videochat with my gi dr he decided he wants me on humira. However i need a bloodtest done and right now on lockdown i cand get that done. So in the meantime he prescribed me budesonide. I hope that helps me get thru til i can start humira. Also he wants me to get an mri. Which is also on hold. Im also dealing with anal fissures. He prescibed an ointment which is a temporary fix. The hospital can make an ointment that also has a healing agent but the pharmacy is closed to outpatients. So far ive not come in contact with the corona virus. Hope everyone here stays well
