Anal fistulas

Hello to everyone
My name is ailing, having crohns disease been 30 years, recently feel body very weak, very easy tired feel sleepy also can't walk too, even if sit down also having problem, if sit more then 10 min anal will pain and hot after that broken skin, if I walk go market back home both leg will pain and tired, that kind of tiredness very hard to explain, as long are like whole body breaking up, most terrible recently keep feel tired and sleepy eyes can't even open up just want sleep, now taking humira and take Oxycontin to control pain and flare up, don't know why anal fistulas come back in 28 Jan 2019 till now, went for MRI doc give antibiotic to take for 6 weeks after that wait 2 more weeks go for MRI again.
For my case can say totally can't get job first bone weak and pain, second can't sit down, third stand long leg swell, squad also can't get up, sometimes giddy too, eyes blur, has anyone have some system as me, can I get unfit for work letter?
I have try many jobs but all just work 1 day only, after that start pain and giddy.
Here I would like to ask when having anal fistulas can we eat egg?

Thanks for reply, yes been tell my gastrointestinal Dr about it but he say still can work, always after I work will go gp see Dr, my gastrointestinal Dr not really want answer my question because when ask him he just avoid and ask me go out wait the billing.
Before humira I start remicade in 2009 till 2014 ,then Dr change to humira Dr say remicade don't do good in my remission.
11 Feb I see my Dr and ask why I having anal fistulas but he never answer me.
Before this got few times my anal because sit too long heat so anal skin tear off and pain, Dr check and say nothing serious never mind.
Exactly I'm a single parent, divorced in 2014 so I have no income I rent out room to cover daily cost and son study fee, so ask Dr for letter to prove not suitable to work 6 months Dr also give alot excuse.
Sometimes stomach pain prefer go gp clinic to have tramadole Jap then go back see gastrointestinal Dr, and my blood test show crp high infection but Dr say no infection. Crp 1 -3 percent but my are 10.0 are infection don't understand why Dr say no.

Thanks sister, now am very worried of anal fistulas been taking antibiotics for going 3 months, but since like still have some pus coming out, have been thru surgery of anal fistulas before that so scared, hope no more surgery again, why crohns disease need suffer so much? In food we got to careful not to eat that food bad for us,still want us suffer f fistulas again, anyone has been thru and what your gl suggest?

Hi Alank, thanks for your reply, yes iron infusion before, but now ask GL Dr check my iron but Dr say no need, so just forget it, yes since 2008 having big pain Dr recommend pain specialist to me also, taking Oxicondin and oxynorm.
