My lower left abdomen has always been the most tender area. Well yesterday i noticed this place that when i feel in one spot it feels like a hole about the size of my finger tip. Its very tender to touch. Here is my question.....Could it be a fistula?

Without some testing there is no way of knowing what you have going on. I would get in contact with the dr & take it from there. Sorry that you are having some issues.

I just contacted my gi dr and he wants me to get a CT scan asap. It hurts so bad. He said if it got worse than go to the er cause to schedule for a CT might take a few days

Did get ct scan it just shows thickened walls, chronic inflammation. Dr is switching me to humira. I will be getting an mri done in july. Still having a lot of pain and very frequent bathroom trips

I'm sorry. I know that the pain can be quite severe, and sometimes I just don't have an explanation for why I have such severe pain, and on other days, why I seem to feel normal and happy. Have you been on biologics before?

No this will be the first. Ive only taken methotrexate. Im kindof nervous about the side effects
