Entyvio and fatigue, headaches and nausea

Hi I wanted to vent a bit about symptoms I am having while on Entyvio to see if anyone can relate.

I have Crohn's and have been on Entyvio for roughly 2 years or so.
It worked for the Crohn's but I was getting frequent upper respiratory infections (happening every 2-4 weeks or so). I tried all sorts of things to prevent these from happening including supplements and also spacing out the infusions to every 10 weeks which didn't help.
Then after being on Entyvio for a year I started to develop the following:
1.Intermittent insomnia (waking up sometimes at 2 or 3 am and not being able to go to sleep)
2.Persistent fatigue (this even occurs if I get a good 8-9 hours of sleep) and rarely can go away but then comes back
3.Severe headaches (back, sides and top of head) sometimes associated with pretty significant nausea. This has been diagnosed as migraines by a neurologist.

The fatigue and headaches has been a more recent thing over the last couple months. I did get an Entyvio level trough level which was 22.

These can be somewhat debilitating. These also do not correlate with timing of infusions and can occur randomly. I am not totally sure if Entyvio is responsible but seems like a lot of other people on Entyvio can have headaches/migraines/fatigue. Struggling with the decision to stop the medication at this point.

Well, I am on entyvio as well and while I can't relate to continuous headache, can certainly relate to the fatigue. I find myself napping or should I say just laying back and resting and next thing I know I'm so tired and wake up an hour later??? This happens more than once a day. Also since starting entyvio, I do have constant nasal inflammation or rhinitis, it's daily and hasn't stopped. After asking the Pharmacy that supplies the drug if I can safely use allergy pills together with entyvio, they asked me if they can report it as an adverse affect? I have tried allergy pills and lose my sense of smell and taste which does seem related to the use of the pills themselves. This really concerned me, so now I just wing it and put up with the flow. It's like it stops the nasal flow but instead it blocks up my head. It has eased somewhat but I still have the problem daily. Like you, I'm not totally sure if I can connect Entyvio as the cause of either of these conditions? The one thing I do know that I am not quite myself since starting entyvio, but that can all be coincidental?
