Infliximab antibodies test

Well,I had tried infliximab years ago. The doctor wanted to put me back on, so he sent me back for all the preliminary tests I needed beforehand. I changed my mind about the treatment, but he got test results back that I had developed high antibodies to it, so could not use it and would have to try another treatment, but does it ever change, if I had antibodies to it last year or the year behore, will it ever go back to normal? just curious? I had my test done a couple weeks before they wanted to put me back on?
