I know it’s been years late but did you figure out what was wrong? I’m going through this and it feels beyond horrible
I don't have exactly all the symptoms described, but I would maybe consider the following:
- If imaging and examination don't see inflammation in your joints, most of the symptoms described are more common of stress or anxiety. Things like tinnitus are also extremely common, generally unrelated, and often don't require treatment.
- Discomfort and shooting pains should be addressed by GI, but aren't always anything serious. I experience many odd sensations my provider isn't concerned by.
- GI will want to know of irritation of the eyes and mouth. Unfortunately, severe bowel disease can manifest there. That being said, increase in medication dosage or steroid treatment can often reduce or treat the issue substantially.
I'm not a medical provider, but for myself, the explanation seemed to be stress and fatigue from flaring symptoms. Once labs and examination ruled out anything alarming, my provider made changes to my treatment and I was able to focus on rest. Hope that you're able to do the same!
