Sharp pain in terminal ileum after eating

I have been having problems for a year now. As a Crohn’s patient for more than 16 years, I definitely experienced sharp dull pain in terminal ileum after eating. I don’t remember how I could soothe it in the past. Any suggestions?

Could go low residue for a week and see how you feel. Also, stay off of the typical avoidance foods, steamed/soft veggies. BRAT diet type choices and see if it help. Good luck, and hope it settles down.

I hated that! Nothing helped. Used rock back and forth till it eased. Think you got a stricture?
