Thank goodness someone brought things back to life. Longest I've seen the forum go without any activity. Hope everyone is well.

I am still here too, lol. The forum went dead once again.

Many new people go to facebook,reddit. Don't believe they quite understand the value of
an old style forum where topics don't get buried in 2 hours. I also detect a standard of care mafia.

I joined the Facebook group last year, shortly after my surgery. I was very depressed after joining the Facebook group. The graphic pictures, the misery, tortures and unbearable human sufferings from other group users linger in my mind day and night. Those posts can be mind-boggling. Among the vast majority of horror stores lie a few positive stores. I think that is the "side effects" of obtaining medical information.

I am still part of Facebook group, but only for seeking medical information purposes. I get in and out quickly and now very rarely if any. You've got to be careful before joining the Facebook Support Group.

I still pop in here from time to time! Usually when I am having a Crohn’s flare or symptoms, but it seems slow after the archive got (accidentally) deleted?

Still around. Just living life in remission after 30+ years of flares. I have a very tiny part time job and no one knows my diagnosis. And I've done a bit of travelling. Trying to cram in as much living in case I go down again.

BTW I'm hearing the makers of Healing Bottoms turmeric suppositories maybe going under. They have been an absolute lifesaver for me and have prevented/healed 2 abscess and that pressure pain when one is brewing. It would be devastating if this company went out of business for me. If you haven't tried them, please do!! They work so well!

Glad to see everyone! Funnily enough, I've been revisiting the forum archives for the past couple of weeks as I navigate my seasonal spring flare and deal with medical providers who make molasses look fast...
