Ok... So I didn't want to post this earlier in the day, because I was sure throughout the day it would have happened. 

But...

For the first time in 7 years (only Diagnosed in april 07 though), without being on prednisone, I didn't have any diarrhea today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the remicade is finally starting to work!  I get my 3rd infusion on sept 13.

WOO HOO! 

I keep thinking maybe it's a fluke... But usually I will have diarrhea about 5-10 times within the first few hours of the day, and that time has definitely passed.

I am glad the Remicade is working for you. I have been on Remicade for over 2 years. Its a wonder drug.

The first time i had a solid BM and no diarrhea when I was getting better, it was actually so weird that I kept having to remind myself that this was NORMAL for other folks. It didn't mean that something new was wrong with me...

Hi Kyrsta Sounds like the Rem. is kicking in .Are your BM's getting solid yet? It sure is wonderful to have a no D day hoping for lots of them for you. lol gail

         yeah yeah GREAT!!! LOL, Ain't it funny what you get used to, & then it changes and you feel a sense of unreality.

              I was like that on Pentassa in the early years. Suddenly, I wasn't feeling pain every afternoon or getting the big D. It felt ALIEN almost! tongue
