aloe vera jiuce, cod liver oil

anyone using aloe vera juice or cod liver oil? my pain mgt md suggested the aloe vera juice. it is fairly benign, and not too expensive. the cod liver oil is good for you. i am giving them a try.

Just started it the other day. I started acupuncture last week and she recommended a couple things including the aloe juice. George's has no flavor and goes down easily. I tried it years ago and didn't like the taste.

I asked my GI about Aloe Vera Juice. He told me to be careful, sometimes it can act like a laxative. Maybe start out with small amounts to make sure it won't effect you that way.

I have a lady I work with who's mom is a CD patient. She has been taking Aloe for years, I think it depends on where you have problems. Mine is so low that it would never reach the affected area. My daughter - I give DHA fish pills to, for her mild symptons and her ADHD. So far they seem to be helping. Wish I could find something to help her with the belching.
