LDN

Well after 2 years of no meds and minimal symptoms, I was starting to have a flare again. Over the past 2-3 weeks I had dropped 10lbs and had bad cramping/bloating/pain. My energy level was about 50% of what it usually is. I hadn't been sleeping at night because I kept cramping in the middle of the night.

1st Night of LDN: Only side effect to report was a little trouble falling asleep, it usually takes me about 15 minutes to fall asleep and it took me a little over an hour. I had no cramping or pain overnight, and literally feel about 85% right now after one night! SO far so good, I look forward to reporting back to you guys in the coming weeks.

Yes, please keep us posted! I've been on LDN for a month now and can certainly say that it has helped my energy. Sleeping disturbances abated after a week or so for me, though I still have very vivid dreams.
