I'm tired all the time too. Some days are better than others but I totally have to agree that you have to listen to your body and REST. If it means taking naps, if it means having to cancel some appts. I tried to push past it and made myself sicker.
To get me through the tiredness aside from taking naps, I sometimes drink emergenc or have B12 shots and it'll work for a little while but the fatigue always comes back.
have you checked your thyroid and to see if you are anemic? I had both of those checked and unfortunately I was negative on both.
