CD so bad can't work?? What then??

I have been feeling so horrible lately, partial blockage, nausea, vomiting, awful abdominal cramping...it just seems like each day is worse than the day before. I don't want to be a pessimist and think about this kinda stuff but I'm worried that my CD will continue to get worse and I will eventually have to quit my full time job. What would I do then for income and insurance?! Has anyone else gone thru this or thought about this problem? I am scared to death that sooner (rather than later) I won't be able to work...and I'm only 37 years old.
