Here's my list which has natural anti-inflammatories and I've been doing so much better with taking these things in conjunction with one another...
bee propolis 500mg 1 pill 2X/day (natural anti-inflammatory)
omegas 3-6-9 (1 pill 3X/day natural anti-inflammatory)
chamomile tea first thing every morning without food (natural anti-inflammatory)
Probiotics (primadophilus reuteri, one pill/day)
Vitamins b-12, A (fish oil), C-Calcium Ascorbate, one of each/day
Prodiem stool bulker (similar to metamucil) one before bed, with plenty of water
No oral RX as I'm either allergic or non-responsive to them
This regime has brought me from 30+ BM's/day down to about
5 (give or take a few) on average/day with solid stools, no more mucus, bleeding, gas and bloating (thanks especially to the fibre supplement).

and remember what works for some doesn't work for all, usually it takes a few things together to work best compared to just one thing and everyones combination will likely vary since this can be such an individualistic disease.
