Hemmroid Susrgery

I am going to have my hemmroids tied off useing the rubberband because its less painful and the healing time is alot faster as well.The reason I asked is because I would like to hear others view on this one.Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Well I hope they are hemmies and not mistaken for perianal crohns skin tags like what happend to me...I had what they thought was hemmies but it was perianal crohns skin tags banded and they've remained flared (large painful and constant) ever since getting that stupid surgery so here's a link that shows what actual hemmies look like (first set of pics) and what perianal crohns skin tags look like (pics under the pics of the hemmies aka; elephant ears)

MAKE SURE YOURS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE SECOND PICS, IF THEY DO THEN DO NOT GET ANY SURGERY ON THEM, GET CORTIFOAM INSTEAD.

I decided not to get hemmies removed just in case they never heal. they can be a real pain and bleed a lot for me but I am learning to deal with them. The less D I have the less problems with the hemmies. Take pb4's advice and make 100% sure they are just hemmies. I have one possible skin tag too from looking at posts of pictures before. good luck and I hope you get some relief somehow!! Karen

I did it and have not had any problems since then. I have skin tags but not hemmies.

i have everything in it
hemmorohids, fissures, fistulas, and skin tags...arent i lucky...
