Hi. I was just wondering what the signs/syptoms of a stricture is and how are they treated?

I have a stricture in my terminal ileum. In my case, I feel some pain in the area (lower right abdomen) as ulcers continue to form, and in the past I have had bloating at night and in the morning. Food moves very slowly through a stricture so that can add to obstructions (hence the bloating). I helped combat this problem by not eating much at night before I went to bed.

also severe pain and bloating, stoppage or slowing of bowel movements and vomiting. If your stricture is such that nothing is getting through you have a full bowel obstruction and everything starts to run in reverse . . .
