trouble with insurance company with Humira

yes maam! i've had the problem, still kind of having it
first i was using one pharmacy, then they switched me to another one. Then apparantly i was switched to another one w/out my knowledge! ( my docs office found this out).
I went a month w/out humira due to all the mix ups and restrictions on the amounts of pens sent and so on and so forth!
Then they called today saying they would send it today, then they called back an hour later saying theyd been denied so they can't send it until wednesday.

Not to mention in between those to calls i got a call from the prior pharmacy asking me to set up my refill! i'm so confused by this whole thing. Im just waiting to see how it goes :o/
