Has anyone tried the b12 Patch and if so how dose it work????

Hi, I never heard of the B-12 patch. I give myself a B-12 injection once a month.

I too have never heard of the patch. I get B12 shots twice a month. I would like to hear more about it myself.

I have never heard of the patch either. I would like to hear more, if it means one less needle/month.

b-12 is a water soluble vitamin and from my understanding it is best taken orally as a sublingual (under the tongue in liquid form or as a quick dissolving lozenge) or as an injection. the patch thing sounds like an odd delivery system...but then the skin is the body's largest organ and is very porous...

I just looked up the B12 patch. The one thing I can say is it seems expensive. Then again I am not sure how much it costs to give oneself an injection. I take my B12 sublingually. A 90 day supply costs me $9.60. My B12 was low [below 200] and I got it to almost 900 in 6 weeks time using sublingual methylcobalamin 1000 mcg daily.

I found out about it looking up a lab test, thought it was interesting and just wanted to know if anyone has ever tried it. It dose seem expensive compared to B-12 shots. Dose anyone remember giving them to their selfs and you got a bottle that lasted for 10 months???? Now you get a vial every month for the same price !!!!!Dosent make sense to me............
