I've been reading all your posts I finely feel like I'm not alone. I've had 2 years of no ansures and making doctors up set with me. Because I haven't lost to much weight, the doctors didn't think I had CD. I have been told I needed to see a therapist, and all I had was IBS. They have changed their minds so many times so many test. I lost my job. I've taken so many drug on again off again.I don't understand what is going on .I go to the internet and read. My doctors I feel don't want to treat me. I'm going to try a new doctor, or doctors. Thank god I have my husbands insurance,because I passed my cap so, everything was covered. I've been in the hospital once for dhydration was 6 day, once reaction to a drug spent 3 days in ICU then sent to heart hospital had a cardiac catherization, found out my heart is fine. after third colonoscpy I was told I had CD. I hear you all talk about flair-up I don't think I've stopped. It all depends on the day as to how I feel and I always have pain. My adrinal gland is not working because of the entocort, but doctor said it didn't matter. But I'm so glad I found here, THANK YOU Ne Ne

June 07 diagnosed CD Drugs on: asacol 2x3 day, entocort 1x3 day, lotrel for high BP, omeprazole for stomach, potaseum, one a day crohn's & colitis therapy, calcium & vit D, lomotil for lose stools, tramadol for pain, and I started humira in Feb 08

Hi Ne Ne !!! I guess you did make a new topic!! God for you!! I'm new to Crohns as well. I've posted for years in the Lupus forum, but new to Crohns . . . so nice to meet you! I'm sorry you are still having difficult issues. I hope your doc can help sort things out with you. I'm sorry I don't know enough about crohns to make any suggestions. Blessings!

You have found the right place for information, inspiration and isolation resolution. CD takes a toll on us all mentally and physically. I would highly recommend that you do two things:
1 - Start and keep a log for food and health conditions, sypmtoms, etc. This will assist you during your visits to doctors.
2 - Obtain a copy of all medical records from doctors and tests/scans, etc. This will assist you during your search for a good CD doctor.

When you are feeling down and out and when you are having the all-too-familiar "bad days," come here and vent, post questions and/or read. IT HELPS!! This forum has been my saving grace.

NeNe, Wished you could find a good doctor in your area. It really helps. I take Probiotics, Humira, Asacal, Asacal Enema's, Nexium, Cymbalta. The Humira is new for me and is helping. When I first was diagnosed I felt overwhelmed to say the least. Try keeping track of how you feel and what you ate, maybe rate your days and how many bowel movements you have. Talke this with you to the doctors. They will realize you are serious about getting well!! I find that nurses are good in referring good doctors. If you know someone, ask. I'm glad you found this forum, it's helpful and reassuring, we are not ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take care of yourself, no question is stupid so ask away. Janice
