Well i dont know whats going on.Recently i have misplaced my car keys and i have no idea where they are i have looked all over.If that wasnt bad enough I couldnt find my camera case and when i did my 1gb card is missing.I feel like i cant remember where i have put anything.Does this happen to anyone else???

In all honesty, I do that all the time. I forget where my car keys are, my shoes/kids shoes, I lose everyone's socks (pretty sure the dryer eats them!), I'm always forgetting something! I even look in the backseat of the car to make sure I remembered the kids before I pull out of the driveway :) . I don't know if there is any medical explanation for it but whatever it is I know how you feel!! I even call the kids the cat's names and vice versa sometimes O.o.

Apparently, I have a secret hiding place where I put super important things...this is not a good thing since it's even a secret to me LOL!

Hi Don't feel too bad I was putting my birthday cake in the fridge and was saying "I have to put this in the oven" of course a person feels a little crazy at times but I'am starting to live with myself. Gotta love us! lol gail

LOL! I left my b-day cake on the counter. I went to check on it 30 minutes later and I peered into an empty oven wondering...'where's my cake?' Glad I'm not the only one! Personally, I've decided that when you give birth the 'afterbirth' is actually a large mass of brain cells. I've never been the same since! Disease, meds, motherhood.......I don't know what it is, but some days I'm a bit 'breezy' between the ears.

Some people have reported memory loss as a side-effect of Prednisone, but I forget who! LOL.
Or you may be stressing out over things. That happens to me in those situations.

That's me! If I am not out and out misplacing things, I intentionally put them in a "special place" so that I will find them. HA! Like pb4 said, that special place is secret to me! Car keys go in one place all the time now because I got to where I couldn't handle the daily stress at school drop-off time wondering where they were!

Same here! Especially on steroids I do this twice as bad.
My husband looks at me "why are you peering in the microwave?" Looking for my vitamins of course!

Are you sleeping well? I know when I'm overly exhausted or just batteling a bad flare, I can go to the store and not be able to find my car. Can't find keys etc.... We are all human. Definiately if you think it's abnormal see your doctor and explain this to them, never hurts to let the know what's going on. Take care and I write lots of notes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

getting oldER, NOT old, but yup, try and remember what I had for breakfast, forget it! And lately I find that when Im writing I can't think of the word I want to use, and it's words we use everyday!

The worst is holding the pill bottle in one hand and the cap in the other wondering if you're about to take the med or if you just took it!

You all make me feel so good! I've actually starting to tell people I wasn't born blonde I had to dye my hair to fit my personality. I feel like such an air head. Wrong words come out of my mouth at the wrong time. I leave things places while working then have to back track to find where I left it. So much fun, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one.
No offense to any blonde people I really don't mean it.

Hi This is so me I had to make sure I put the meds on the counter so I could remember what ones I took. No wonder I don't cook many recipes a person would be wondering what they put in it . My teen cooked cookies tonight and said usually it's the Mom that does the cooking I just said I love being Mothered.lol gail
