Code Brown!

Hi Gail. I went to work a little bit today, the first time since my resection two weeks ago. I was out for a total of 6 hours and had no problems. I have a trial going on right now, a malpractice case. My insured doctor was telling me about a "Code Brown" that was called on one of his patients. The patient was on the bedside commode and fell over into the bathtub and the commode and its content fell on top of him. Ewww!

I had a mini Code Brown last night, for the very first time. It wasn't pleasant, but I'll take a Code Brown over a Code Blue any day though!

Be careful where you say it! A code brown at my old job was a bomb scare (there was a code for just about every color). I guess what we do could be considered biological warfare.
