Yeast infection

IBDers are prone to bacterial overgrowth which is why a good probiotic daily and indefinitely is essential for us...since taking probiotics daily I haven't had a yeast infection and it's been over 3 yrs now which is a record for me...it's also aided with my lactose intolerance issues and severe mouth sores.

You can also use plain yogurt vaginally to clear up yeast infections doing this once/day at bedtime (wear a pad) will clear it up in a few days...I used to use it at least 4-5 days to prevent it from re-occuring.

Primadophilus reuteri made by natures way also aids with lactose intolerance issues, high cholesterol and vaginal health...it's the one that I use...it has guaranteed intestinal release and only one/day is needed, it's also very affordable especially since only one/day is needed.

I was getting frequent yeats infections a little over a year ago. I would take the diflucan, and it would be better for a couple of weeks, and then it would be back. It wasnt until I took, 1 diflucan, then a week later, I took 1 more pill. Then 1 more pill a month later, and one more pill a month after that. It totally cleared it up and I haven't had one since then. Btw, I had never had yeast infections before that.

That's why I suggested the primadophilus reuteri made by natures way.
