Sorry to keep asking questions but i've finally found a place i can get some answers from!!
I've got quite a limited diet, mainly fish, chicken, vegetables and dairy products, very little sugar, no wheat, no fruit. My worry is that i read somewhere that a limited diet can lead to food intolerances, i don't know what i'd live if i couldn't stomach my safe foods! EG, i only ever eat ground porridge oats for my breakfast, they're very easy on my digestion first thing in the morning but i worry i should try more variety.
Any thoughts?
