That's kinda scary, huh? So if I understand correctly, whey contains lactose, this is why it's not so good for Crohnies....
Soy protein would be against Dr. McCandless' protocol...

When you read the explanation of why they use the ingredients they do, it sure sounds like a good choice. It doesn't taste that great, but neither do the body builder drinks, in my opinion. You could always try the whey protein and see how it sets, though!
