diltazem fissure ointment

Has anyone used Diltazem ointment for fissures.. I know is a medicine for the heart becauses relaxes the muscules but is also good for anal fissures...

Dragonfly is using this cream for a fissure. I don't know if she still lurks on the board or not, but hopefully she will pop in and give you her thoughts. I take that same medication by mouth to control my blood pressure.

If you go on the search button and type in dragonfly137927 and select the option "posted by" in the Crohns forum, it should bring up previous posts by her. Maybe by clicking on her name you can get her email address and you two can share experiences. I know she was a little frustrated at one point recently because it takes like 3 weeks to work. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
