Hi pb4. I am just curious if you have had any colonoscopies to see if your dietary changes have made a significan difference in the health of your colon. It sounds as if the diet and vitamins have significantly helped your symptoms and I just wonder if your colon also reflects that improvement. Thanks for sharing.
Hi bowlies :)
I still have inflammation in my colon but it's slightly improved since before I started my regiment of naturals, exercising and diet change...I'm kinda a complicated case though, I have issues with perianal crohn's skin tags that were mistaken for hemmies and they banded them which was a BIG NO NO so I was told by a surgeon after the fact (not the one who did the surgery) that because of them being banded while in a terrible flare it has caused them to remain in a flare which would make it difficult if not impossible to get into full remission internall since this would aggrivate things internally...I often had proctitis issues because of this as well which I can usually get under control using rectal meds.
But like I said, for the improvements in symptoms I've gotten I'll take what I can get...30+ times/day for about 3 yrs straight put me into a deep depression and brought on alot of anxiety which is to be expected...the exercise and dietary changes along with feeling better and better sure aided with the depression and anxiety though.
:)
