what is the difference between flare and obstruction???

Hi,

My husband is on remicade but from 3rd july he started to pain in right side then pain increase by 5th day and lower right side is sensitive to touch .he saw hi GI and start entocort .Now today is the 6th day of entocort pain seems little improving .When he lie down then he feels little pain then when he sit or driving.

It is flare or what do anyone have any experience.When entocort kick in sysyem?

Well he might be in a flare, personally I think pain just comes with this disease. Ento can take a couple weeks. The difference between flare and obstruction is a flare is symptoms like pain, d, c, bleeding, fever, obstruction, etc. An obstruction is a blockage of the guts.
