Nausea-- hopefully some results

As you know (or may not know) I've been whining about nausea that will not quit!

I called my Doctor's nurse today and she has me scheduled for an endoscopy (i think. I know it's something along those lines) tomorrow. She is also checking with my insurance company to see if they will approve the pill cam.. I have to be honest, I'm excited about the chance to do the pill cam but really, I'm just hoping that I get some results and some relief from this stinking nausea.. I can't even sleep it's so bad.. I only fall asleep when I'm too exhausted to stay awake anymore.

I have been really nauseas for the past month. I cant even eat. I have also had really bad back pain. I am finding it harder and harder to sleep and to also get out of bed because I feel so crappy.

I know how you feel, I just want to know whats wrong too. I wish you luck.

Maybe its one of your meds? I know that methotrexate can cause nausea. I also recall (correct me if I am wrong) you just started the Prevacid. Maybe you need a different type of this med or need to double your dose? I say this because when my Prilosec quit working I had to increase my dose. My symptoms were very nauseous upset stomach. Hope you get feeling better soon.

Nanners, I've been on most of my medications for a long time now. My nurse was kind of suggesting that too but said it was odd for it to happen so late.. but weirder things have gone on i suppose.
Curley, they currently have me on prevacid which helps out with the severity of the nausea but doesn't totally get rid of it. I may ask about phenergan to see what my doctor says...

They sent me in for a CT scan on my head yesterday, they also did more blood work and wanted some of my urine too.. I should get the results today. I'll let you all know what they tell me.
I want it to be normal but I also want some results.. this has taken it's toll on me emotionally and physically..
