I have an extremely itchy rash that started on my right leg above my knee and has now spread to both legs (upper & lower).

I currently take Pentasa, Xifaxan and receive B-12 injections.

Anyone have something similar they can share?

I don't have a rash on my legs, but I am also on pentasa and my legs randomly itch...BAD!  But not for long.  It's very wierd.  Usually my thighs and the sides of my knees.  Don't know if there's a connection...but I'll be keeping an eye on this post!

Crohn's can be responsible for all sorts of skin issues as we are often dehydrated and lose nutrients. When I had rashes on my thighs, face, and hands, I took selenium and vitamin e. Seemed to really help. I never tried vitamin e cream but did use otc cortizone and cortaid. However, might be good to check in with dermatologist or doc. Good luck!

I had a rash from the knees down , both legs , for years and years. No meds helped. When I was DX with crohns I found out that an itchy rash on the legs was a symptom. When I started on remicade the rash disappeared and I have not had any trouble with my legs . I do have a rash on my arms now that I cant seem to get rid of. Im still working on that..
