chicken or fish in the oven. you dont need much in the form of seasoning to make them taste good, and for most of us can only tolerate bland things any way. 15-20 min (depending on the temp) and its done. totally easy. oatmeal. yogurt. smoothies. soups. anything in the blender that you can liquefy. vegetables taste good off the grill and all you need is some salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. these can cook while your meat is on it too. and all meat really needs is salt, pepper, and garlic salt. turn once half way through and its done. any vegetable dunked in almond butter, tzatziki, or humus. cheese. granola. hard boiled eggs (you can make a bunch at once and then save them).
