Any suggestions on how to rid myself of the tummy pooch? I've lost some weight recently (about
15 Ibs), but I still have the pooch. and it looks even worse than average with my resection scar running down the middle. I just tell people that my doctor sewed me up wrong. Compared to some I guess it's really not that bad of a pooch. But I would love to see it gone. Anyone with CD friendly exercises that could help me rid myself of this chubby companion? I am anemic (ferritin 5, iron 13) so I can't do something very exhausting. but besides that, i'm
open. Has anyone been successful in banishing themselves of this annoying flab that always seems to be "hanging" around?
